Privileges as an Intelligence Member
COPY: You can promote hardworking members up to Trial Trainer within your promotion limits.
COPY: You may wear any professional attire of your choice.
COPY: You can join special units if you meet their requirements.

COPY: If inactive for 14+ days, request Leave through the Portal.
COPY: Visit the help desk for assistance if needed.

Promotion Guidelines

COPY: To promote a member, follow these key steps:
COPY: Ensure both you and the member have at least 15+ minutes online time (OT).
COPY: Both must be filling stations for 10 minutes before promotion.
COPY: Always double-check the online time on Habbo before promoting.
COPY: If eligible:
COPY: Stand one space behind them and ATT them.
COPY: Click + Promote to view their next rank.
COPY: Assign the exact motto from the portal (copy and paste).
COPY: Wait for them to update their motto, then congratulate and AE them.
COPY: Log the promotion only after motto change by clicking “Confirm.”
COPY: Do not promote anyone above your rank.
COPY: Only promote members who are filling stations.

Hovering Restrictions

COPY: Hovering is not allowed.
COPY: Examples include:
COPY: Promoting a member filling the same station as you.
COPY: Standing near a member just before promotion time to claim their promotion.
COPY: Promoting members from sofas unless the main seat is full.
COPY: Report violations with screenshots to Internal Affairs.
