Tasked with investigating internal misconduct, resolving disputes, and overseeing employee conduct, Internal Affairs is the silent force that ensures the agency's policies are upheld. The unit acts as both a guardian of agency values and an impartial arbiter, relentlessly working to maintain discipline and transparency across all levels.
